Brad CasellaBorn and raised on Long Island, Brad started his real estate career in 1995, working for a small firm in Syosset, NY. After some initial success, he transitioned to property management for Trammel Crow Residential Services, one of the country’s largest property companies. He started as a leasing consultant and worked his way up to a 795-unit complex manager in Eastern Suffolk in a few short years. After 7 years, Trammel Crow sold the property, and Brad went to work as a project manager for a local construction company. Over the next 9 years, he learned everything you need to know about construction, including permits, costs, management, building codes, work scheduling, inspections, contracts, and more.

In 2015, armed with a wealth of real estate, property management, and construction knowledge, Brad decided to start his own property management company and signed on with Real Property Management as a franchisee. Real Property Management Landmark was born. Since then, our partnership has been not only rewarding but extremely fulfilling, and Brad felt he had finally found his calling.

Since 2015, Brad and his dedicated team have built the company to manage more than 200 residential single-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial strip centers, and multifamily homes all over Nassau County and Suffolk County, New York.
